A specialized massage treatment to help people manage their experience with cancer. It helps improve quality of life. Our Oncology Massage Therapists are trained to meet people where they are in their experience with cancer and apply a highly individualized massage treatment to comfort, nurture, and support them in their process.
Oncology massage uses gentle, customized techniques designed to safely support the body during and after cancer treatment. Sessions may help reduce stress on the nervous system, ease muscle tension, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, and create a calming sense of comfort during a physically and emotionally challenging time. It may also help reduce nausea and discomfort associated with chemotherapy treatments. Many clients report feeling more rested, grounded, and emotionally supported after treatment. Every session is carefully adapted to the client’s energy levels, treatment stage, medical considerations, and personal comfort to provide a safe and nurturing experience focused on overall well-being.
