Hi! I'm Dharmi Mehta, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and Oncology Massage Specialist, and Founder of Illinois Therapeutic Massage.
My purpose is clear: to help people heal, recover, and find their way back to feeling good in their own bodies.
My journey into massage therapy was deeply personal. After experiencing chronic pain from whiplash, cervical disc injury, and tension headaches following an auto accident, I know firsthand what it feels like to lose your quality of life to pain. I remember thinking it was something I would simply have to live with forever — until massage therapy gave me my life back. That moment changed everything for me, and I made it my life's work to offer that same hope and relief to others. I walked away from a stable career to follow this calling, and it is the best decision I have ever made.
I graduated from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL in 2015 — a foundation that gave me the clinical knowledge and deep understanding of the human body that continues to guide my practice every single day.
In 2022, I discovered lymphatic work — and it truly feels like a calling. There is something incredibly sacred about supporting the body's own innate ability to heal itself. I felt a deep pull toward caring for people in some of their most vulnerable and tender moments, and I haven't been able to imagine working any other way since.
Today, I specialize in post-operative lymphatic drainage, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), and oncology massage — bringing a warm, informed, and compassionate touch to clients navigating surgery recovery, cancer treatment, and complex health journeys. Every client who trusts me with their healing during life's hardest seasons reminds me exactly why I do this work.
When I'm not with clients, I am dedicated to continuing my education so that I can always offer the safest, most effective, and most up to date care possible — because you deserve a therapist who never stops growing for you. I also cherish every moment with my two kiddos, and find joy in music, movies, and discovering new places.

Hi! I'm Dymphia Stiger, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and Oncology Massage Specialist, and a proud part of the Illinois Therapeutic Massage team. My purpose is clear: to guide people through healing, recovery, and restoration — one session at a time.
My journey into massage therapy was shaped by years of working alongside medical professionals as a phlebotomist. Being close to patient care in hospital settings gave me a unique window into how the body truly functions and what it needs to recover. That experience lit a fire in me to do more, to go deeper, and to find a way to offer healing that was both clinically informed and genuinely heartfelt. Graduating from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago in 2019 gave me the tools to do exactly that.
As my career grew, I found myself increasingly pulled toward lymphatic health and oncology care. Something about supporting the body through its most challenging seasons felt like exactly where I was meant to be.
Today, I specialize in post-operative lymphatic drainage, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), oncology massage, and Mercier therapy — offering thoughtful, gentle, and compassionate care to clients recovering from surgery, facing cancer treatment, or navigating reproductive health concerns. Being trusted with someone's healing during life's hardest moments is something I never take lightly.
Outside of the treatment room, I am committed to ongoing education because my clients deserve a therapist who is always growing.
