Clinic Policies

1) Credit Card on file: All clients must have an active credit card on file to secure their appointment(s).

2) Late Cancellation/No Show/Rescheduling: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice from your appointment time if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid the charge.

**Appointments that are Cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice from your appointment time or if you don't show up for your appointment (NO SHOW), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee on the credit card secured on file at the time of booking.

If you need to reschedule because you are not feeling well or have any COVID-19 related symptoms, please contact me as soon as possible on 630-418-2399 to cancel or reschedule to keep everyone safe BUT There will be fees still charged for cancellations of scheduled service due to any illness/COVID -19, unless we are able to fill that spot.

If you are late for your appointment then your time will be cut in order to keep other clients on their time and schedule.

3) Refusal of service: I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the following: intoxication, inappropriate comments, sexual or romantic advances, illness, contagious or unidentified skin conditions. (ex. rashes, warts, mysterious bug bites etc.) If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment.

If you develop, a skin condition, please clear it with your doctor before receiving massage.

COVID-19 Precautions:

1) Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?

2)Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?

3)Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has Coronavirus-type symptoms?
