Clinic Policies



1) Credit Card on file:

All clients must have an active credit card on file to secure their appointment(s).

2) Cancellation/Late/No Show/Rescheduling:

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments that are canceled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will have a $50 charge applied to their card on file. If we are able to fill the appointment slot, we will waive the cancellation fee.

If given less than 5 hours’ notice, or if you don't show up for your appointment (NO SHOW), the card on file will be charged for 100% of the service fee.

If you are late for your appointment then your time will be cut in order to keep another client on time and schedule.

3) Refusal of service:

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include but are not limited to, the following: intoxication, inappropriate comments, sexual or romantic advances, illness, contagious or unidentified skin conditions (ex. rashes, warts, mysterious bug bites, etc). If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment.

If you develop, a skin condition, please clear it with your doctor before receiving a massage. Thank you for keeping my practice safe!!
